This year, two companies have been awarded The Queen’s Award for Enterprise:
IFPL, based in Calbourne
Innovation category for outstanding performance improvements over the past 2 years.
Wight Shipyard, based in East Cowes
Outstanding growth over the past 3 years in International Trade.
These awards will be presented to both companies throughout 2021 by the Isle of Wight’s Lord-Lieutenant, Mrs Susie Sheldon.
