On July 3rd 2012, the Duke of Gloucester visited the Ryde Victorian Arcade at the Ryde District Heritage Centre. He was met by Gloria Minghella and members of the the committee and given a tour of the museum.
The Duke’s visit to the Island , also included a trip to Osborne House. The Duke was greeted by Anthony Roberts with the St John Ambulance cadets along with Sir Timothy Lawrence who presented his English Heritage team.
